if you google 'scan' computers
then click 'laptops' and select i3, i5 & i7
Item no' 4 is:
LN60207
15.6" Asus X550CA-CJ441H, 15.6" HD LED Touchscreen, i5 3337U CPU, 1.8GHz, 4GB, 500GB HDD, DVD±RW, Bluetooth, Windows 8.1
£449 inc vat.
It is 8.1 (windows 7 is much easier to use so maybe phone them - they can down grade it easily.)

At Dino Pc, you can customise the laptop.
Choose 14" light and thin, in the laptop tab. Click customise and buy.
Upgrade the processor to the middle one. Upgrade the ram to 8gb. Click windows 7 option. Then depending on if you need storage, phone them and ask for a large 7200rpm hard drive. Ask them which option it is, or choose the 128gb trascend ssd. Comes in about £480 with a 3 yr waranty. That will be a very usable laptop |
