Running was supposed to be good for you? I've just done my 2nd 10k event (finishing with a pb!!) and am weezing and coughing like i smoke 40 a day!!!
And yes, this was a not so subtle way of telling you all I got a pb at my 10k today ha!! |

It is. You'll never get to a stage where running is effortless...but you will run faster for the same effort as you progress.

Well done OP. . You will be wheezing this time of year. Cold air does it. I'm a distance runner on a long break due to injury. . Went for 3 miles the other day so i could report to my physio and i was like a knackered donkey ! Keep training and resting and you'll improve . |
