Hi all... After been on here for a while I have met only two women and one couple...
I'm wondering if I'm doing anything wrong when messaging people..
What do you thinks the best way to message women and a couples...
I'm a genuine guy, not bad looking, good job and look after myself.
Any hints or tips would be great

Don't start with a message that consists of 'can I ask you a question?', a long-winded copy and paste scenario or 'I know you're not looking for xyz but...'
The message should be personal so read the profile, check the interests if listed (for example, anyone messaging me to ask if I want to Skype gets an instant delete - if I wanted camsex I would have listed it) and only message if you think there's a mutual compatibility. |

Well my instruments are a little bulky to carry with me on a meet but I could make do with the melodica if push came to shove... |

Ah but a simple sort like me would bring a mouth organ ...kind of hard to fret the guitar properly when playing that I find. |

Try and be amusing whilst referring to the profile.
Keep it short, keep it clean but make the recipient aware that you have read their profile.
When I had a singles profile it mentioned that I hated it when guys left their socks on during meets.
I got a message that said 'you make me wanna take my socks off'
Nothing more, nothing less
But the message really amused me and that got the conversation started.

It may sound rather obvious and glib but also, be genuinely interested in who you are messaging. Copy and paste messages are a very amusing concept as it's inferred that all interests are the same 
And even though this hasn't been asked for, I'd suggest making one or two of your photos accessible. The profile text is fine, clear and assured, but the photos could be possibly another reason responses may not be forthcoming. |

Good idea it's something I will look at.. I always attach pics to my messages and I got winks coming back but no reply to message..

Most people will view your profile before the message, so get that working for you.
Assume that a varied selection of pics is essential.
Your message changes depending on the recipients and their needs etc. |
