This, they are brilliant phones, I've got the z1 compact now, and had the t before that, great phones and are cheaper than both apple and Samsung, the lg g3 is a good phone too if you want something a bit different |

As if you overlooked Sony. Shame on you lol. I too have the z1 compact, had to for my tiny hands. Depending on the function of the phone though the HTC m8 is meant to be sturdy as fuck but I love my z1 compact cause of the fact it's waterproof. Only thing that annoys me is the unwanted crap that you can't actually delete x |

I currently have the htc windows 8x,have had it nearly 2 years and it has served me very well,a great phone.will be upgrading at the end of the month to the htc one m8.in fact my last phone was also htc,though can't remember the model. |

I've able to get an upgrade since July but can't decide on what phone to get at the moment. Still happy with my Samsung even though I'm aware there are other decent products out there.
LG G3 looks good but I'll probably go for the S5 |

I'm due a new phone to. I like apple computers but apple phones arent worth the extra money for essentially the same product or slightly inferior. Looks are better but most people put cases on nowadays.
Lg G3 / HTC M8 / Samsung S5 / Sony Z3 are all much of a muchness with good features or designs in their own right. I may just go for the best deal on any of these as none are streets ahead in my opinion.
I think there may be a new nexus out soon but again expect it to be similar in terms of its spec.

Meant to add,the kindle fire phone looks a decent phone,I would consider myself,as I have the kindle fire HDX,except it's currently only available on o2 and I am not a fan of the o2 network |

got the sony xperia z3 compact. It's one of the best on the market right now. There is only one other phone that beats it's processor, but for a shade over £300 (if you look around), it's a phone that will last you years |

Look at the windows phones, such as from Nokia. Some great specs and prices. 12 month sim only deals can be good if you have your own phone and the cash back sites like topcashback and quidco usually have some cash back offers too.

I always go for HTC now. Deviated a few times to Samsung, Sony but android and HTChas stood me well...
My phone is used for work, play and family.... And I have tried Apple but with the problems friends and family constantly are having.. I'll take my HTC any day.
I'd wait now though as some great new phones coming out near and just after xmas |

HTC here ....... no problems at all, great battery life, the camera has some pretty amazing tricks up its sleeve including a full 180 degree's panoramic shot function.
Simple to use as well including fab chat works fantastic  |

All phones have near enough the same gimmicks and there all easy enough to use (,I've had them all).I would say android possibly has the better app market, Samsung have two year warranty, apple a tad easier to use, Sony great battery life.
But really to me it would just be which one I could get the best deal on. |
