several years ago a man was released from prison and bought a lottery scratch card and he won, A hundred thousand pounds, but when he tried to collect he was asked for his address and bank details, he had no bank account and put, care of,(his sisters address) and asked for the prize to go into his sisters account. He was refused the win money because he could not prove it was he, the info he gave was not his,did he get the win money,who knows? |
