Mine is pat testing, I did the course last week and my pass certificate came in the post today. It was not something I really wanted to do, but hey, I guess it's something else to put on my CV

not achieved yet - but one of my oldies i care for and see once a week for social inclusion is teaching me to crochet - bully of a teacher so she is and keeps undoing everything ive done telling me its rubbish - shes in her 90s so i go with it

Thank you I hope so,, I just love all the things I can't have ,, on a good note, I found some nice cakes in the free from section today so things are looking up xx

we tried all the gluten free and lactose free things at various times over the years - when its food avoidance it really is up to yourself to be strong willed - not easy though

It's not the will, it's not knowing, crisps apparently, sausages,, these are things I just assumed would be fine , but apparently not ,, I really have to start taking it seriously and doing some research, thanks again x

thats sad - one thing i know i cant ever be is cold - i feel way too much and get hurt a lot emotionally - its in my make up and ive tried a bit to toughen up but fail miserably

oh I do know how you feel, I have done a fair bit of DIY plastering, never got a perfect job done yet, but a lot better than it used to be I might go do a five day course at some point.
