Any real harm to my loved ones? That said I'm very forgiving in nature so I'm not sure that I couldn't forgive but it would definitely be the most difficult. |

can see this thread having a lot of exes mentioned - i can never forgive mine for the years of mental cruelty he put me and the kids through as it affects the way i think/react to others and situations even now - think it always will- i can however forgive the final act of violence as it launched me into reality and we got out |

I can forgive most things but forgetting is a different story,getting wiser with age helps,as a kid i was would hold a grudge for years,since having a child i think as long as she's safe and also my wife Il let many things go onless it caused them harm |

I don't think you really know until you get there - so many dynamics involved.
It is my intention to always forgive, because I know bitterness damages us if we do not, but sometimes I cannot bring myself to. |

Someone hurting anyone in my family, I'm a very very forgiving person and always try to see all points if view, however, if a member of my family got hurt by someone, especially the kids I could turn from lovely to demonic pretty quickly  |

It sure is a hard one this lol
i can think of lots of things i could get medieval on some one for, but then think of my girls and wot it would do to them seeing me put away or worse, but i think most ppl would do anything to protect family |

being punched in the head when i was 7 months pregnant. that was the last time i ever gave a shit what my ex did or said and yeah i got out of there for my unborn childs sake.
i still have to have my ex in my life coz of our kids but i am 100% emotionally detached from him and have been for years.
i also have kids with someone else who restored my faith in relationships btw. |

My brother who came to me pissed one night asking for advice about the affair he was having which ultimately ended his marriage.
Maybe I should have offered more support but I was very, very young and couldn't cope with the situation I felt he put me in.....didn't know what to do or say...
I was, and still am, very close to my sister-in-law

I'm not accusing you of anything. I'm stating as a fact that claiming women are worst at forgiving is a ridiculous generalisation.
Your post doesn't even answer the question in the OP. It's just a cheap shot at women, which does sound bitter. |

well I suppose your going to say you know me better than i do, I've got a large circle of friends men and women and non of them think I'm bitter just show what judgement people frequent this site  |

Do you know a lot of bitter and twisted women? I know a lot of bitter and twisted men too I'd say it was about even.
