Ok what I don't understand is if a man grows a moustache and or beard for Movember and then says it's to support the cause but he hasn't actually have any plan of action in place to raise funds. Am I missing something??

I think the general idea is for the 'growers' to be sponsored but anything that generates interest and awareness for Male cancers has to be good. If a thousand guys grow taches and it causes one guy to check himself then all good in my book.

Mac signed up for Movember, he has shaved his beard of 30 years, and is currently growing a moustache, he has gained £700 so far from friends family colleagues, and facebook link to the movember website!

Now can't wait for December... to grow his beard back lol

You're not supposed to be growing a beard, only a moustache

The organisers encourage you to enter as a sponsored team, set up Just Giving accounts, take part in mo bro activities and generally raise awareness of male cancers

Yeah I'm growing a moustache for charity so you have to give me money for something that requires no effort at all.

I'm also not going to give anything to the charity itself (As I'm doing my bit by growing a moustache) but I expect everyone to do so.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

I saw a bar in London is supporting Movember with half price Mo-jitos (their spelling) for men growing.

Keep it up and feel your bits at the same time.
