I'd rather be left alone but with occasional assistance (or soup) from someone within hollering distance. Although I do tend to carry on working when I'm ill unless I am physically unable to get there so being left alone isn't always am option. |

I had fairly major surgery on the 31st oct, on antibiotics now.
I'm a leave me alone type. Too bloody stubborn and independent to have help around. I got home on mon 3rd, and walked my son to school on the tuesday morning!
Was working from home the tuesday afternoon, and was back in the office on monday this week.
I don't do unwell, in any way shape or form. |

My feet are hurting today. Not the bottoms, the bones at the top. It's annoying that I have to put them up to ease the pain and no one here to wait on me |

I'm very lucky so far and I'm seldom unwell. In the past I used to enjoy being left on my own, with a duvet on the sofa seeing what this day time telly was all about whilst everyone else was at school. It used to be great having a bug when I was 14. |

Too true TT.
Day time telly as an adult is dire, ecspecially if like me you have the most basic shit channels.
The news as a kid used to frig me right off, same ol shit, 3 or 4 times each day.
Now its the same ol shit at the start of every hour and half hour - cant they make something up and make it a bit more exciting? |
