Why do I struggle of find high heel shoes in half sizes

I want a 4 and half

Do any of you other ladies struggle with this problem

Seen a ' life hack '..... Not that I follow women's shoes that much, but, you buy your size, put a few pairs of socks on, squeeze those puppies on and put a warm hair dryer on them for 10 mins.

Not at all, if you buy shoes from retailers such as Dune, Faith etc...never struggled.

Yes and worse now I'm older though am guessing it's because I've lost weight plus having a high instep doesn't help either
