So just a quick survey!I've always called it giving head regardless of who is receiving.

Apparently I'm wrong using this term when a guy is servicing a woman. Bear in mind I'm from London and its the only word I've ever used without resorting to cunnilingus (that's just such an unsexy word!!)

Is this a regional thing??

Giving "Head" seems to me to be an American term. BJ's for men and Oral for Women I think is correct parlance in these parts.
