Ha ha, a phrase I use when referring to repetitive actions and the level of energy used to fulfil the action. Compare it to the type of energy created in exploring something new and unexpected.
I spent time with a Peruvian shaman/mystic called Don Americo Yabur he called the "domestic' energy Hucha (heavy energy) and free energy Salka the natural (unbound) energy. Guess which is better for you.....
