I strangely find listening to the washing machine , pegging washing out and looking at it hung out on the line very relaxing. I wonder if it's because it takes little thought and it's a routine thing.

Painting for myself not painting for clients n gallery's,thats work although I enjoy it mostly ,just gets hectic n stressful now n then.
walking my dog is something I find relaxing .
