Its been revealed that brits are losing their taste for cheese on toast the stats reveal a drop of 7 % within the nation haven't tried it . Its blasphemy ....apart from those who cant eat cheese who wouldn't like it... Time for a BRING BACK CHEESE ON TOAST DAY

Cathedral city is a sure winner but on crusty, seedy, granary bread...

Also, try Mexicana... It's a spicy cheese and tastes amazing melted on granary.

Spread tomato sauce on the toast, sprinkle with a little fresh oregano then grated cheese.

Ohhhhh my local cafe does thick cut bread, cheese melted on top with bacon and mushrooms!!!! Defo comfort food
