Anybody on here suffer from this?Been suffering for 6 months with aching joints all over and bad eye trouble.ive got a blood test next week but was wondering if u can take any supplements etc to ease it.It came on suddenly in my mid forties and sometimes cant move my arms.Any help would b grateful. Him.

My mother has this and her consultant recommended Glucosamine Sulphate with Chondroitin supplements.

Both my mum and dad suffer with this and they both swear by glucosamine and chondroitin they suffer much less now they take it daily

Try also cutting nuts out of your diet some also find dairy can aggravate it

Rheumatoid arthritis and osteo arthritis are totally different. My uncle had the former. My mum has the latter. For the osteo type (wear and tear) the supplements work. For the rheumatoid type you need to see a specialist doctor to give you special medication. Hole that helps
