I went to an organised fireworks display and funfair the other night.
I haven't been to one for at least 20 years.
And was totally blown away (not literally) by the smells, the sights and sounds of it all. I stood there with a big grin on my face like a 6 year old

Isn't the squat rack to hold weights?"
Yes it holds the bar, but you would squat in the rack so if you cant get back up the rack will save you from hurting yourself |

Very little to be honest, but that's not because life is bad. Rather, I think it's a byproduct of addressing some very deep rooted anger issues - perhaps the CBT worked too well.

No thats a Smith machine. Go on you tube and type in squating you will see how a squat rack is used |
