I think they do it via your IP address. ISPs are required by the Govt. to allocate fat bastards a specific range of IP addresses so they can monitor which websites they go to, what they buy (ice cream by the lorry load, bulk Mars bars etc etc) - and it's all done so that the Govt can pave the way for the so called F.A.T Tax, whereby those of us that eat too much can be charged for the extra resources needed to grow the inordinant amount of food they need, the additional material necessary to clothe their obese bodies and the extra room they need on public transport for their enormous behinds.
How bloody frightening if that were true eh?

Coz British farmers are required by Brussels (on the behest of slobbering French consumers in Parisienne restaurants) to produce cows that are have enough meat on them to feed fat French gits (when they aren't burning them in the cattle trucks used to transport them en-route to the frog-eating twats) - er.... oops, got a bit carried away there hehehe |
