One of my favorites is mature cheddar with picalilli....the tangy taste is awesome ....

A close second .....tuna mayonnaise and sweet corn...lush

Third an awesome rough cut pate on fresh crusty bread

Lunch sarnie today was honey-baked salmon with cream cheese and watercress, which was nice...

supper last night was toasted goats cheese and some leftover roasted peppers on really good sourdough bread, with a good drizzle of olive oil - lovely

My favourite sweet filling is Special K and red jam.
