Yes, I have used one within play.
Sadly, due to site policy, I will not elaborate further - save to say that you need to research, seek advice from peers and proceed with care in regards to this sort of play.

I've not used a TENS machine but have played quiet often with a commercial electro stimulation system. If you get the power levels right it can be very intense especially when right on the edge between pleasure and pain. If you want info on estim I would do a search for the smartstim forum. It is dedicated to the subject and reasonably independent of the equipment manufacturers and retailers.
I don't use adhesive pads preferring an anal electrode coupled with a Big Jim urethral electrode set. If I were to use pads then the positioning is a bit dependant on the pad size. I would suggest one near the glands and possibly the second either on the base or behind the balls. |

"Got tenns machine now just got to get metal cock rings "
Start of tens machine in lowest setting or you might hit the ceiling!
Mine has 25 settings and I find going up to sixth is plenty good enough. |

"Got tenns machine now just got to get metal cock rings
holy fuck why would you shove this on your cock!!!!!!!!!!!!!! its for pain relief not to stick 12v through your dick. "
If you haven't tried it you really cannot understand the sensation and really are just reactionary rather than informed.
As a matter of fact the batteries are NOT 12v, they are the ordinary everyday 1.5v |
