I never buy my kids school photos, one reason being I have my own studio and can do a better job. The second reason being they always look like tramps with their hair a mess or dinner down their front

We stopped buying them ages ago. It's a fucking rip off.

Last year they thought they'd go all artistic and instead of thee traditional pose they had them in all sorts of poses. Not many people purchased so I doubt they'll do it again.

They are just so posed

Would much sooner see kids being naturally happy

Them are the memories to hold onto

Naturally happy at school? Unlikely

West Yorkshire

If they are good I'll get them, especially if it's a nice one of the two of them together. The last few times we have had the option of paying £7 or somesuch for a disc with the image on (some companies will email a file), then you can order as many prints as you like from Jessops/Snapfish/Boots (other digital photo printing services are available).

Ours had there's done 2 different schools but same company. 2 different prices. When we questioned the company they explained prices are set depending on how much commission the school wants so the higher the price you no that the school is taking a bigger chunk.

We've bought the big set every year since Reception. Now one is year 11 at secondary.

I hate all studio photo's. The ones where women pay ridiculous amounts of money to get caked in make up and post the results as a soft focus fb pic make me barf.

Why? It's not compulsory to buy them.

My Own Little World

That's pricey!

I think this years pics were £20-2 for 1 large, 2 med and 4 keyring size.

I have never bought a class one.

bradford

if i was buying one then id get a medium one scan it and make it bigger then print what i needed to print off for family and friends

saves money

id rather take photos elsewhere myself than waste the money buying school photos
