Cutting down on carbs works well for me. Even something as simple as cutting out bread completely.
I'd love to find a healthy diet that allows me to become bigger if i'm honest but, diabeetus... |

Not exactly a diet but everyone in our house decided to give up all fizzy drinks , crisps and biscuits and only have alcohol at the weekends.
This was about two months ago and so far I have lost eight pounds and Mrs P has lost seven. It's also saving us about £25 a week from our shopping bill. |

Healthy balanced meals.
Drop the bread, sugar, cakes, biscuits, crisps, pasties and pies.
Booze is a calorie black hole and full of hidden Crap
Steamed veggies, skinless boneless chicken.
Healthy omelette
Fish
Salads
Cous Cous
Quinoa
Don't wait till you are starving to eat.
Keep yourself topped up throughout the day eating regular small amounts.
Drink plenty of fresh water and exercise regularly.
Oh and have sex daily. |

I eat as much lean protein, eggs, fruit and veg as I like.
Cut out all the crap. Low carb, only brown bread.
No alcohol, sugary snacks etc.
I also do anything between 4&6 hours of cardio, weights and exercise classes a week.
Lost over a stone now in 7 weeks. |

I'm on a high protein, low carb diet and I've lost 32lbs in 2 months. It just shows how much rubbish I was eating before.
Cooking from scratch and not buying convenience foods has made a lot of difference...

Brown bread is just as bad as white. You should go for granary if you want a healthier option. |

Last time I had granary bread I snapped a tooth and it cost me a few hundred quid to get it sorted. I prob eat bread twice a month anyway so it's not too much of a worry. Lol. |
