we are doing shoulder pork joint with garlic, spring onion and ginger glaze
roast and mashed spuds
cauli, carrots and broccoli
onion and mushroom gravy

sunday roast was generally done for 3pm round here for years cos the pubs used to shut at 2.30 |

I can understand that. Do you call it Sunday lunch or Sunday dinner or is it just a roast ? |

Yorkshire puddings with a delicious difference. Four crispy Yorkies, drizzled with butterscotch sauce and served with dairy ice-cream sprinkled with chocolate covered popping candy. Served with a British blackcurrant compôte and a Belgian chocolate dipping sauce. Big enough to share, so go in together. |

Roast pork with crackling and all the trimmings , as I'm doing pork baps for a family tea tomorrow night- decided to cook half the joint today. It smells bloody lovely ! |

Well our yorkies rose and boy they wete yummy and aint even gonna think of having them with golden syrup .. Hell no thats wrong. Thick gravy n roast dinner ... Nom nom |

"when im doing a roast, they are aunt bessies out the freezer. fuck making them from scratch " I do have some silicon moulds for yorkie Puds I,ve only just learnt that you Don,t need to fill them up to the top With batter, you only need so much In Each mould they soon rise otherwise They Get to thick make a meal In themselves.. |
