The risks: The side effects of Poppers can include extreme headache. The effects don't last very long and can leave people feeling sick, faint and weak. Especially if taken while dancing.
Taking poppers can be dangerous for people with chest or heart problems, anaemia or glaucoma (an eye disease). It is also dangerous to take poppers if you are taking medication to lower blood pressure, or when using viagra; as they can cause your blood pressure to fall dangerously.
Some people get a rash around their mouth and can burn the skin of they come into contact.
Poppers are toxic and can kill you if you swallow them.
Owning is not illegal but I think supplying is. |

It never ceases to amaze me how so called assumed educated adults can be so fooking stupid.
As one poster rightly points out and does so very well the risks involved.
O p I think fact you are even thinking about is ridiculous but for you and anyone else that does this do not get my sympathy if taken ill as then in serious cases the nhs has to pick up the cost of treating you why on earth should they.
You may have picked up on fact I think poppers and the like are used by complete and utter morons and thats being polite. |

Tried them, like them, never had any problems. But the effects really don't last long, they make me cum really quickly (sometimes handy, mostly not though), can make a guy soft  and to be honest sex can be just as good and better without them, but for me they add a nice kick every now and again. |

This is almost the same as taking those "legal high" drugs. 
Made by someone in a kitchen chemists shop, with no rigour or quality in testing or production ...

Headache central and blue lips if you have any heart chest.problems..

Would you drink a litre of spirits for your first ever booze? Likewise with these, have the absolute minimum until you know your tolerance.
Millions around the world use them. My main caution is not to use with medication like Viagra. .
I've used them and they're interesting and not had headaches. |

People drink and smoke and in doing so risk their health. Swinging by nature carries health risks.
Liquid Gold and other such products are supposed to be used as room odorisers but get used for a momentary high, particularly during Sex. The current formula does carry risk of headaches but still give a buzz. The chemical effect is to lower the blood pressure and so you don't want to be doing it if you have low blood pressure anyway. If you are a sensible person then there is no reason for you not to try something that is openly sold in Sex shops like Ann Summers.
Some of the comment on this thread is extremely uninformed to say the least.
By the way, it is still possible to get the original formula Amyl Nitrate poppers if you look hard enough on the interney  |
