Most of the acts weren't Goth - Strawberry Switchblade, Depeche Mode???

Sisters of Mercy, by the Time Eldritch brought out Floodland they were a bit of a joke - Reptile House etc were the best stuff they did & First & Last & Always was their swansong.

Good to see Bauhaus again though, but Marilyn Manson??

You know why kids become emo's?

I grew up in Leeds at the time they formed and were putting out their first gigs. Seeing SoM always bring back memories of those early Goth days

After Marx, Hussey and Adams left SoM there was very little talent in SoM. Floodland was an ok album but Eldritch was burnt out by then. And he knew it
