I know a few amazing wheat and gluten free recipes that I'm willing to share.

Chocolate is the best to do but most recipes can be adapted using doves farm and some gum Arabic

1 - Christmas cake. Home made, with tons of fruit and spices, laced with spiced rum and brandy for a month and thick marzipan and soft icing.

2 - Italian bitter chocolate torte

3 - bread and butter pud, served with extra custard

Going to have to start my Christmas cake this weekend now!

Thank you chocolate is best because the burnt bits won't show up as much ... Never been very good at baking, not sure why I'm not that bad a cook, at least I don't think I am, I'm still alive ...
