"What's your favourite or most inspiring quote?
Here is mine
" old age is like everything else. To make a success of it, you've got to start young ""
My mother used to say 'What's good for the goose is good for the gander'...said it to my son the other day...VERY confused face. |

“Impossible is just a big word thrown around by small men who find it easier to live in the world they’ve been given than to explore the power they have to change it. Impossible is not a fact. It’s an opinion. Impossible is not a declaration. It’s a dare. Impossible is potential. Impossible is temporary. Impossible is nothing.”

Or my favourite Welsh one Dyfal donc a dyrr y garreg. Literally means if you hit a stone enough times, it'll break.
If at first you don't succeed, try and try again |

I used to have a notice in my office that said "Failure to plan on your part does not constitute a crisis on mine"
I also had another notice that read "DO NOT waste time reading this notice" |

When plan A fails, there are another 25 letters to get through. Keep trying.
Be more concerned with your character than your reputation. Your character is who you are, your reputation is others perception of you.

"Above my desk at work I have
"If you can keep calm when all around are loosing their heads, then you have seriously underestimated the fucking problem.""
In my office I have.
If you have a preferred route please advise before the start of the journey.
I find this is applicable to not only driving. |

When someone says I am so lucky to have a talent for music: I respond with "strange isn't it, the harder I work, the more I practise, the luckier I get" no idea who that is quoting, sorry |

No one is born hating another because of the colour of his skin, or his background or his religion. People must learn to hate and if they can learn to hate they can learn to love.

"there is nothing you can teach teenagers,
as they clearly already know everything.
apparently !"
A similar one is "I'm not young enough to know everything" |

In my training room I have up "What would you if you knew you could not fail?"
I find it applies in all areas though.
My other favourite, I'd rather be hated for who I am then loved for who I'm not. Kurt Cobain was a wise man |

"Small things amuse small minds,
while smaller minds look on."
And although not really a quote being a shot poem by Longfellow:
"Though the mills of God grind slowly;
Yet they grind exceeding small;
Though with patience he stands waiting,
With exactness grinds he all." |

No person is worth your tears but the one who is won't make you cry.
Some people want it to happen, some wish it would happen, and others make it happen.
If prayer is you talking to God, your intuition is God talking to you.
I often hear people say "Life is hard", I asked them compared to what??
We can't help everyone, but everyone can help someone.
Share a smile with someone who might need one.
