In my experience it's been unverified picture less profiles who send friends requests without bothering to chat. Or those that keep requesting pictures but have none of their own to send back. Others may have different experience but that's been mine in the past. |

This probably refers to the sleazy little fuck types, that create a profile and get peeps to send them pics, then disappear into the ether taking the pics with them and trapping them in a folder on their lap/desktop, then using them for some nefarious purpose........although mostly it would be a masterbatory one  |
