multiple veris

noticed a few profiles where a member has numerous verifications from the same person ... is there any point to this or is it similar to a dog pissing up a lamp post and simply marking your territory ?

I have a few repeats , I'm glad they all social otherwise I would have a lot of piss to worry about.

So I think it just depends on the veri , it's not all black and white.

Lots of pissing contests here for sure, you have to work quite hard to be different sometimes! I sometimes do more than one if they are very different for particular reasons.

And some guys like to repeat veri so I have veri'ed in return - but I just display their newer one instead of an older one normally.

Simply means they enjoyed the meet and went back for more, as a single guy on here meets are hard to come by so repeat meets tells anyone interested that they had a good time. No pissing up lamp posts my dogs do that for me.

I think people look far to deeply in to things and get far too cynical too.

I don't see the problem with leaving or receiving repeat verifications.

If someone wants to think it's territory marking then that's their problem in my book.

I think all veris are good, even repeat ones. They prove someone does turn up to meets, and if those meets are repeated then it looks like people are able to form relationships with other people (friends or whatever) and that makes them look more socially adept.
