A stretch and breakfast

Or

Coffee or tea only

Or

Or

Caffeine and nicotine

What's your morning mantra...

Flounder aimlessly at the snooze button on the alarm, roll over, flounder aimlessly again next time it goes off .. Repeat.

Get up, pee. Moan and whinge generally about it being too fu*king early.

Cup of tea, brekkie. Shower.

Something like that. I really am NOT a morning person.

Stretch, scratch bollocks, look at the clock and wait until it hits a time with denominator of 5, shower, cereal, coffee, work

Morning pee then back into bed for a morning browse (Facebook, fab, news). Maybe a little read. Then teeth brushed and a bit of a wait before brekkie, can be an hour or more before I can face food.

Finally it's shower or bath time and dressed.

Up at 6.30

Feed the dog, kettle on, open all curtains and windows, make cuppa, jump in shower, dress whilst drinking cuppa, walk the dog, leave for work at 7.35

Sounds like a military operation I know, but it works.

Depends on Mrs N's shift pattern but generally follows a 6-6:30 alarm, much cursing and shivering. Showers, brews, brekky, work.

Then I either go to the gym or back home to start work.

Open eyes to find the cat's arse two inches from my face, or find her asleep on my chest (panic I'm having a heart attack)

Listen to the lodger retch as he brushes his teeth.

Feel slightly nauseous until he leaves.

Roll out of bed. Wee, stumble downstairs and put the coffee pot on.

Inhale coffee until slightly less grumpy.

Shower, dress.. and get on with the day.

I'm also not a morning person

Somewhere in North Norfolk

I wander round in a daze until at least lunch time.

I don't have a waking up routine just a becoming vaguely functional whilst still half asleep routine.

Bit like me, I struggle with getting to sleep and hate waking up when I eventually have to........

Totally depends.

Is it a work day? Is it an early start or a late start? I am on holiday or just a day off?

However, regardless of the above, I always make time for a proper breakfast and at least 1 coffee and a bottle of water. This is my secret to the 2 stone I have lost this year.
