Titz Towers, North Notts

Has anyone else had one of these calls today?

I just burst out laughing down the line to him. I've had them a couple of times and, to me, it's on a par with Nigerian Generals wanting to transfer money and Count Lustig trying to flog the Eifel Tower. I'm rather hoping that when some git thinks of the next scam I'm not the first person they call.

my mum had one and believed it .

It upset and frightened her for weeks, she thought they knew where she lived and were going to come and beat her my dad up.

We got her money back and sorted her pc out but I think these people are utter low lifes who are worse than what's on the bottom of my shoe.

Exactly what happened to my mum. She was so fraught she called me at 5.30am after having a sleepless night!

Easy to fix but there are some right shit heads about.

To me, they are an opportunity to piss about; but I can imagine them being a worry to some folk.

Same here. If I'm bored I run them round in circles for a while, or bombard them with questions about how they could possibly know I have a virus on my pc/which pc are they talking about and so on.

Since I've got significantly more IT knowledge than the muppets that call, it can be entertaining.

They usually end up hanging up sooner or later.
