the best cure i had was to get some prescription stuff and then had to keep it in the fridge till the next doctors appointment
then over about 5 minutes they inject it in about 8 places with a needle 3 inches long
its a REAL eye waterer |

Steve, this is the way :
You adjust the right radius, do transverse frictional massage across the extensor tendons and then stretch the extensors against a wall. Immediately after that you apply an ice pack for 5 mins.
This "recipe" should be repeated 3-4 times a day until better, usually a week.

I was diagnosed with tennis elbow last year. I was in absolute agony for weeks. As the pain wasn't in one place it was difficult for my GP to inject a cortisone injection (as was recommended by two GP's at my local surgery).
At the time I was covered by BUPA so I contacted a phsiotherapist who had treated me previously when I had an operation on my foot for arthiritis.
Turned out the pain in my elbow was caused by arthiritis in my neck and trapped nerves. A couple of months of physio on my neck and arm - sorted!
Good Luck!! |
