I dont use the trains as its so expensive. I cannot imagine that the ticket cost on these new lines will make encourage anyone to use the routes.
Are they projects that are really worth it? |

In my opinion, no."
I feel sorry for the poor sods who are trying to sell there homes, but cant because the tracks may or may not be passing near there property |

Cost won't be an issue if it company's expensing it - the time saved will outweigh this.
I don't currently have the luxury of driving (epilepsy, had to surrender my license) so I'd use the HS2 for Manchester/Leeds trips. I'm mainly excited about the Crossrail route. |
