Finally I've gone past my 1st stone!

14 and 3/4lbs and counting. Would probably be coming off a bit quicker but I'm lifting a lot of weights as well. Really enjoying the weights exercise much more than the cardio. I could do pump every day!!

Half term this week so gotta keep at at! Luckily my mum is helping me by watching my lad for an hour here and there while I exercise

I'm making the most of it while it lasts!

Some mornings I really cba but I've only missed one so far through actually being poorly x

Think I'm going to be going on my 1st ever diet soon. Iv gained 3 stone since I quit smoking. first time in my life I've ever had to think about what I eat and I'm really not impressed

I had two chicken doner wraps for lunch. Both with salad, with one sporting burger sauce the other chilli sauce and garlic mayo. Washed down with a full fat DP. It was most enjoyable.

If you want to get better resilts while weight training introduce more protein into your diet and increase your water intake

Well done hottie, and keep up the motivation, key is to keep going even when you don't feel like it or can't be arsed. I sometimes don't feel like going to circuit training class but i force myself to do it, and always feel better for it after.

It's quite addictive...I'm forever flexing my arms to see if my muscles are growing!! Lol.. I've also for a barbell for home in case I can't get to the gym for any reason. Need a step and some dumbells next. X
