I partly agree with this, I'd say anything that keeps you busy and distracted can only be a good thing in helping you get over it. Whether it's being around family/friends or persuing new women, it beats being alone and thinking about your ex in my opinion.

depends what sex means to you. Some people can manage sexual relations without any emotional baggage. Using sex as an emotional crutch never turns out well.

ive always abstained from sex after a break up but i can see how it works for some ..i have only had 3 relationships and i enjoy my period of reflection and solitude but everyone is different ..dont think there is any right or wrong answer
