I partly agree with this, I'd say anything that keeps you busy and distracted can only be a good thing in helping you get over it. Whether it's being around family/friends or persuing new women, it beats being alone and thinking about your ex in my opinion. |

depends what sex means to you. Some people can manage sexual relations without any emotional baggage. Using sex as an emotional crutch never turns out well. |

ive always abstained from sex after a break up but i can see how it works for some ..i have only had 3 relationships and i enjoy my period of reflection and solitude but everyone is different ..dont think there is any right or wrong answer |
