Whack the oven on hot and cook it quickly!! Love the crispy bits on the outside, the pink bits in the middle and having the rib to knaw on as the chefs treat!!

"Although I do love beef boiled bacon is my favourite. "

A very Irish Sunday speciality, especially if you do your cabbage in the stock from the bacon.

With mashed champ and washed down with a pint of the black stuff and it runs the beef a very close second

You can get this in our local pub on a Sunday. I may just head down there now.

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound

We had rib a couple of weeks ago. It was on special offer in Waitrose so it would have been wrong not to buy it.

I don't know what I'm being given today but this thread does make me want to have beef and yorkies now.

I went big on veggies, green beans, cauliflower cheese, mashed swede and carrot, baby corn, peas, spring greens, a couple of crispy roast spuds and 3 slices of pink beef with home made gravy and yorkshires topped with some horseradish sauce. Bloody lovely
