Im nearly 41 and happy with that but, a lot of people seem to wish they were still a certain age from the past....do you? or, are you happy at the age you are?  |

Although I've got some great memories from the past, now im older and more confident, less worried about being overweight etc, im loving life and looking forward to what's yet to happen!! |

I'm quite happy in my own skin and my life in general. But if I could choose, I'd be mid-20s. I'd go to Uni. Get into some Teccy role, and I'd have friends who like the music I like now...but I'd have someone to go see them with! |

this is a good question.
We were chatting yesterday about swinging and sexual openness, willing to experiment, opportunity to do so etc. I said that as a woman brought up by very conventional, straight laced parents I didn't feel able to express myself sexually in the way I do now when I was younger and we didn't have the opportunity when the children were small and at home all the time.
So in terms of sexuality I am happy as I am now, in general life terms I am too  |

Quite happy at my age of nearly fifty one. However would be great to be in my twenties again for a for a few weeks. Anyone got a time machine preferably of the hot tub variety. (Awful film but fun) |

I would love the body i had pre children, 3 sections does your belly no favour ' s at all, I suppose if I'm honest I would love to look 21 again but with the mind and knowledge I have now |

Yes my life is good its mostly because both of us try quite hard to be content with what we have .
I think lots of women of my generation have held themselves back due to being hidebound by convention. |

I'm 36 next year which seems strange in my head because i still feel like i'm in my 20s.
Saying that i genuinely think my 30s have been my best years, i have a self confidence i never had when i was younger, i don't care what others think so much and have been more experimental in every area of my life (most of which have paid off).
I have a great job that pays really well, and no real responsibilities in my life so can enjoy my life for me (might sound selfish but it's true!).
The only reason i'd want to be younger would be to tell myself back then to buy a house as soon as i could, because i'm starting to think it'll never happen! |

I am quite happy with my age just one niggle is that there are many people on this site who don't meet people 50 or over. What a shame as we're not all decrepit and you can still play a good tune on a old fiddle.

I'm happy with my mind, body and health as they are now - 34- but if I could go back I'd go back to a specific day in 1998 and impart some wisdom to avoid suffering depression.
Although I wouldn't be as rounded as I am now...

I always used to say, everything happens for a reason........until someone said that to me one day-----then I realised how annoying I must've sounded!!!!! Lol. Now, I think it's more a case of dealing with what you're dealt with and either embracing it or, changing it in the best way you can to make you happy x |

I'm actually fairly happy as I am...but if I had to I'd say 17. That was the last time it didn't feel like my life was all mapped out for me.
