Should I.....

A) Crack on with it tomorrow, so I can enjoy my week of doing bugger all

B) Do bits and pieces during the week

C) Start it a 9pm on the evening before it needs to be handed in

Plan it tomorrow and do all your reading.

Draft it on Monday

Polish it on Tuesday.

If you're anything like me you'll decide on A, not do it, aim for B and end up doing C, telling yourself you work better under pressure anyway!

C always worked for me - I did my dissertation in the last week before it was due and still beat most of my mates who had been working 6 months on theirs!! The pressure makes me better

I have two deadlines, an assignment due on 11th November and a 2,500 word short story by 6th November. So far they have both received a jolly good coat of thinking about and not much else

. Either A or B. C is far too riskey . Lots of people boast about leaving things too the last minute and getting a good result . I often wonder if they are telling the truth or just trying to impress people .

Like the statements that come out after exams 'I didn't do any revision' when you know that they have been locked in revision mode for weeks.

Over the rainbow, under the bridge

A then you can really relax all week in the smug knowledge that it is all done and dusted, and not hanging over you like Damocles' sword.

I'm telling the truth when I say it. I'm not trying to impress anyone if I wanted to do that I would tell them something I was actually proud if. Procrastination is not a good trait but unfortunately one I possess

Loads of words

Ok just as soon as I've tidied this cupboard, arranged all my CDs in alphabetical order, washed the roof, knitted a coat for the cat......

Well done!

I am half way through my 6th Nov deadline one and three quarters of the way through my 11th November one. That means I can relax until midnight the day before
