Hey
Just wanted a bit of advice really ive woken up today and my middle finger from the first knuckle (by nail) is going numb, i feel like i have had a local injected into it but i havent!
There is no pain or signs of injury so not sure what this could be, if anyone a physio or similar that could suggest something!
This is just a first point of call and if theres no improvement of worsens i will of course go to the hospital/gp |

I have had pains in my back but thats because of my gallbladder not notice ld any muscle tension really |

"Just spoke to a physio friend and they have recommended heat treatment on my neck and shoulders in first instance so going to try that and hope it works "

Haha most likely but i think i may get put down soon i was already taken to a&e early hours of thursday morning so dont want to go back x |
