On a Saturday. Is it wrong or is it right?

And should it be beef, pork or chicken?

I use whole cloves of garlic to push tinned anchovies into the lamb. Olive oil from the tin used over the surface of the joint. Roasted on the barbecue with fresh rosemary strewn over it.

Sunda roast any day of the week is a fine thing. Enjoy it, embrace it, in fact let's stop calling it the Sunday roast

I'm a traditionalist. You can't eat a Sunday roast on a Saturday. The clue's in the name!!

Unless:

Family can't be together on the Sunday.

Football/rugby's on on the Sunday.

Then it's acceptable.

But just to change it for the sake of changing it? Heathens!!!!!

Bridlington

Going off on a bit of a tangent. There is a bar in the Northern Quarter in Manchester that make their own pies. On a Sunday they serve a Sunday lunch pie complete with a gravy filled Yorkshire pudding on top. I still can't decide if it's right or wrong.
