Got a bad case of it tonight...
Not usually a sufferer, did eat a bit late. Maybe that's what done it.
Thank god for this site. Any one else out there can't sleep? |

Had a busy weekend, had a meet earlier got home shattered slept from 10 to 3, only need about 5 hours sleep now wide awake!
Will watch telly in a bit Forensic Detectives or the like until I get up at 6. |

Cheese plays havoc with my sleep. If I eat the wretched stuff an hour before bed I end up staring at the celing or have very lucid dreams. It's a shame cos I love cheese but I just can't tolerate it late at night any more. |
