"Lamb burger spiced with Rosemary, in a ciabatta roll, served with chunky chips , salad, red slaw, mint and yoghurt dip.
Slaw! I forgot the slaw."
Can't forget the slaw, agreed though - could skip the roll and wrap it in lettuce instead. |

Way over Yonder, that's where I'm bound |
"I saw a photo today on lad bible or whatever it is. The bread was replaces with chicken burgers and the beef burger, bacons etc remained the same.
Good idea"
I saw that picture too.
I have been thinking of replacing the bun with large onion rings, just to make it all a bit more greasy. () |

"The lettuce idea up above is a good idea.
if I have a burger and chips, I have to put some chips in the burger, x2 layers. All neat and tidy next to each other, one horizontal layer, one vertical."
An OCD burger! |

Putting the 'cum' in Eboracum |
OK this is what I make myself when I can't be arsed to diet:
Morrisons quarterpounder with onions
Cheese breadbun
Maasdam cheese slice
Fried red onion rings
Spicy Chipotle sauce
Burger sauce
Maybe fried mushrooms or sliced tomatoes
Arrange into a big stack and face-smash until eaten. |

Ive just realised I have doubled my OCD's in one go. The other one is totally meaningless in this thread. So no point saying. |

Its incredibly messy to eat but so good. I usually have kitchen roll next to me to mop up the sauce drips and errant onion rings. |

Beef burger with bacon on top then a giant mushroom smothered with grated cheese and baked in the oven. Then on the bun with lettuce tomato then burger sauce from Aldi and x hot reggae reggae sauce and skinny fries. Mmmmmmmmmm |

My turn.
I'm going for a burger made, with minimal handling, with 3/4 minced steak, 1/4 coarsely chopped and crisped oak smoked streaky bacon, salt and ground black pepper.
Grilled to medium, no more.
Blue cheese applied to the top of the burger 1 minute before removal from the barbecue or grill.
A large, toasted wholemeal bun.
Sliced beef tomato, watercress, sliced gherkin and chipped beetroot, above and below.
Hot English mustard on the lower hemi-bun.
Home-made barbecue sauce on the upper hemi-bun (sauté onions, tomato ketchup, brown sugar, malt vinegar, molasses, ground black pepper, smoke extract, Worcestershire sauce).
One fried egg.
One the plate: twice cooked chips and home-made coleslaw.
Napkin.

"A rasher of bacon between two grilled bacon slices, topped of with streaky bacon and a touch of brown sauce
Alllll the bacon."
No such thing as too much bacon |
