I've decided to see if I have food intolerances so have cut out dairy first. Bought some soya milk for my coffee and porridge etc but I keep forgetting to check ingredients of things to see if they have dairy in them plus forget that cheese is dairy!!

It's only been three days so far and I've eaten cheese in some form each day

Dairy is a hard one to cut. Also check any medicines you have. My aim today is to go shopping for a dairy free birthday for 4 year olds

Have you considered kinesiology testing?

so near and yet so far....

Kinesiology is a series of tests that locate weaknesses in specific muscles reflecting imbalances throughout the body.

There's no evidence done to medical standards that shows it works as far as I know, so could be a waste of money. Especially when there are standardized tests around.

Somewhere in North Norfolk

Cheese is one of the few foods I absolutely could not give up. Bacon is also on that list.

Don't forget to check processed products for whey powder - they put it in all sorts of things you'd never expect.

I try not to eat too much processed stuff now a days anyway but will keep an eye out!

Think this.is going to be harder than cutting out sugar for stoptober lol

I have cut out almost all sugar, but I would struggle to cut it completely cos then I'd have to give up drinking squash and that's a line I refuse to cross! I can give up carbs, meat, dairy and chocolate just as long as I can still have a couple of glasses of squash every day!
