Yes! he was very local to me,,from Mansfield area! 
I loved his song .... "hey u with the sad face , come up to my place n live it up! u beside the dancefloor why do u cry for? lets live it up!"

I sang a solo with him when I was in the national youth choir when I was younger and he bought me a rainbow teddy.. Still have it to this day! Poor old Alvie! |
