So we all get a lay in on Sunday morning ... Lighter in the mornings and darker at night ........... I for one wish the times stayed the same I like lighter evenings better.

I hate it why I should love to escape over seas 4 months of the year. But also told them lights from boots you can get really help with SAD and I bet you can get on ebay too. xx

SAD lights don't help me very much.

A sunrise simulation alarm clock helps a bit though.

I'm trying vitamin D supplements this year. Studies have shown no correlation between taking vitamin D and having less severe SAD symptoms but friends have told me it helps them.

I'm determined to do more exercise too, outside, in natural light, this year.

I've heard it could be your 'bio-rhythm' interesting stuff google it! I can honestly day I'm generally happy in the spring summer months but as soon as the clocks change my mood alters quite dramatically, sleepy, lack of motivation etc x
