Does swinging consume peoples lives

Really amazed by the amount of meets some people have... every weekend and a few mid week also, does swinging really consume and take over peoples lives that badly? do these people actually have sex together without being in the presence of others? we enjoy our meets, but every now and again or else it just gets mundane and a matter of routine... discuss!! |

I have never wanted to swing every weekend with loads of different people
Shift work dictates much of the free time we have but I do like to have somethings to look forward to,so will plan in advance
Some have lots more free time and if they want to fill that time up with swinging then Id say go for it if it makes them happy

You believe the forums and chatrooms are too cliquey!
Is anyone allowed to do what they want to do without being questioned and have to justify it?

always amazed how many of the same people are in chat day in and day out.
I am not a chat regular but can guarantee the same people will be there.
not judging just stating.
saw a post last week from someone who was with her family on a train going to celebrate her kids birthday and she was still posting on fab.  |

Some people have more free time than others... and may be fewer other interests.
I'd be less worried about people who let meeting other people take over their lives than the people who let cyberspace take over their lives. |

Not seeking justification.... just curious about how things work... read our profile!!! only been on here a few months, think it is called learning the ropes and seeking advice!! isnt that what forums are for? |

Well we have over 50 feedbacks on our profile (its hidden at the min)and that does not include clubs or second or third meets of the same people but to tell you the truth we really dont meet that often xx |

It isn't the finding time for meets - it's the finding time to arrange meets
It takes days to get meets sorted - and then you get cancellations - so you have to always have 2nd and 3rd backups just in case - and if they fail then you spend all friday afternoon on meet today..
It can be a full time job and that's just for fortnightly meets
Lord knows how everybody else does it |

Personally I have no desire to meet every week as I like to spend time with vanila friends, my adult children and having me time.
I sometimes meet playmates socially, went to a wedding with one as he didn't want to go alone.
For most that would be a total no no, just as meeting others every other day would be for others.
We all play differently: how others play is their business, not mine! |

so the short answer to my question is 50/50.... 50% live their lives by arranging meets and spending their free time in the company of others and 50% swing on a casual 'whenever the mood takes' basis.... inconclusive, but still an answer... thank you all |

How do you know they are meeting every weekend and some weekdays?
Some people assume others meet a lot because they are on "meet today" everyday or have an advert in the Meets section, if they are anything like us thy advertise everyday and actually find a compatible meet every 3 months  |

On our old profile we had 67 feedbacks, we had played with 3 of those couples/singles, the rest we had met at clubs like Chameleons and Utopia, at Erotica in London, at the guest house we used to have for people visiting local clubs, at the swingers hotel I used to manage and at parties, thinking about it I didnt really have that many feedbacks for someone who has been on this site for years  |
