Both, but in different ways.
I could have sex with someone just based on looks, but I couldn't have a long term relationship with them if I didn't like their personality.
I could. and have, had sex with people based more on personality then looks and find that these can develop into long term although the initial attraction of looks was missing. |

Personality can make a guy seem more or less attractive. So I think personality has a huge effect on looks.
But I don't think looks has a huge effect on how a personality comes across?
