To make you realise how much you love this island of ours. I love coming back and seeing lush green grass covered fields, the colours in every season, even this wind and rain is nice.

I love England but I hate the winter and cold and grey days we can have here .. So be nice to be away 4 months some place warm in the winter that's not to far away so I can keep popping back as its my home England and love our summers and spring here.

I agree. I love being on holiday but I love coming home, especially to our countryside. That Temperate Marine climate, richness of our soil and position in relation to the Gulf Stream makes this a lush green isle!

Someone said a few weeks ago about our fresh clean air (outside the cities!) and I agree, nothing better than a fresh countryside lungful of British air
