I would have thought an exclamation mark would be more appropriate if you have an idea, rather than a question mark. |

I also always thought it was a light bulb, like you've just had a rather good idea.
But after staring at it for a while (2 hours) it's clearly a women bent over from behind showing her crack, inside a yellow globe.
