Beyond the tedium of ing out all the "howz u" messages from my inbox can't say I find it difficult at all, its been a really positive and fun packed experience and I have made some great friends I would not otherwise have met.

I find swinging hard as I don't like the swings in the playground, chewing gum stuck to the underneath and the seat is never quite high enough, I prefer to swing on a handmade one tied to a branch of an oak tree over looking a stream and watching the bunnies hop by.
Serious answer now 
Swinging isn't difficult, you chat and get to know, meet for drinks then shag!
