 are you sure you are not just having a crappy day or run or maybe the weather depressing you they say it can effect people at times something about the lack of vitamin E that we normally get from the sun our bodies need to kick back into not getting it loads more now if anyone thinks i am full of shit please dont be to horrid i am happy in my little world harming no one lol  |

Why not take a break if thats how you feeling? Come back with a refreshed mind set?
Think even swinging has its dips and can be detrimental to even the toughest mind at times.. That old saying ' things happen when you least expect it' is so true! ... Best wishes... Many just use the forums to keep in the loop! Could try that?  |

I was in East Anglia yesterday but unsure if I was near you.
Check others can identify and locate you and that some simple changes wouldn't improve your results.
Otherwise use fab as a secondary source of action, supporting clubs and parties. |

Ive been on here for a few months now but dont realy seem to be getting anywere..
Im married wife dont play but ide love a nice big girl to show me a good time and vice versa..
